To ensure your care is both safe and precise, each session begins with a foundational clinical consultation and physical assessment. This allows us to understand the "why" behind your discomfort before we begin.
For new clients, we take the extra time needed during this initial visit to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your history—at no additional cost.
We also reserve time at the close of each session for integration, questions, and personalized home exercises designed to act as a bridge, sustaining your progress until our next visit.

This session is designed for those seeking focused improvement for specific physical discomfort or patterns of restriction. While we always honor the whole person, this duration allows us the necessary time to prioritize the structural "why" behind your pain. This window of time allows us to move past the superficial layers and engage the deeper anatomy where chronic tension is often rooted. It is a concentrated approach for those who need to address acute or chronic physical symptoms with clinical precision, providing a baseline of relief and a return to functional ease.

This is the ideal starting point for new clients who wish to move beyond mere symptom management. Two hours provides the quietude necessary for the body’s internal noise to fade, allowing the walls between body, mind, and spirit to disappear. By refusing to rush the body's natural process of unwinding, we create the opportunity for a deep and lasting internal stillness. This is where clinical precision meets profound presence, ensuring that every layer of your physical and energetic self is heard, held, and restored.
180 Minutes | The Immersion $525

This is the ultimate commitment to restoration—a rare opportunity to completely surrender the clock and inhabit a space of total presence. The Immersion is designed for those in need of a profound shift, providing a slow, meditative pace that reaches the deepest layers of both the physical and energetic body. In this three-hour window, the work moves from the structural into the transformative, allowing for a depth of listening and a thoroughness of release that cannot be achieved in any other way.
Included Ritual: At our Bonney Lake retreat, this session includes an additional 45-minute Sauna Ritual. You may choose to arrive early to use the sauna as a preamble to your treatment, or stay late to use it as a final seal on your journey.
